We are famous for our sausage!

Our old-world sausage recipe was created by the Zonin family and has been in use since 1927. We still honor the Zonin's family tradition by crafting our hand-tied sausages using their original recipe and with only the finest and freshest cuts of meat and spices available. All of our sausage is produced in our USDA Inspected & Passed Facility and still located

in the heart of Springfield's South-End.
